Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses).
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Drive solution design, architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Manage Oracle Cloud integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Financial Cloud and provide best-practice recommendations.
Lead client discussions, workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder management.
Manage project delivery, resolve critical issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Mentor and guide team members, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and support skill development.
Prepare and review functional design documents, test scripts, and project documentation.
Support business development activities, proposals, solution estimations, and client presentations.
Handle customer escalations and ensure successful project outcomes.
Stay updated with current Oracle Cloud Finance features and industry best practices.
