Role & responsibilities
Support the sales team in managing key B2B customer accounts.
Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and order processing.
Follow up with prospects and customers on behalf of the sales team
Handle customer enquiries via email
Prepare and share quotations based on requirements
Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, shipping documents, and customer requirements.
Support the sales team in closing enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
Support sales activities to help achieve revenue targets.
• Process sales orders accurately and maintain complete order documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely order execution.
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and MIS reports.
• Support customer communication regarding order status, documentation, and shipment updates.
• Maintain and update CRM records related to leads, opportunities, and customers.





Preferred candidate profile
25 years of experience in sales support, customer service, order management, or commercial operations.
• Experience working with international customers or export businesses is preferred.
• Background in fashion, beauty, luxury, retail, trading, or supply chain industries is an advantage.
• Graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and business documentation.
• Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a quick-paced setting.
• Candidates based in Chennai or willing to relocate will be preferred.
