As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software setting are integral parts of your daily activities, fostering an efficient and effective business operation.

Roles Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in problem-solving activities.

Qualified Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to Workday.
Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions within enterprise settings.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques in integration scenarios.
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
