While our London office leads in office construction, our Delhi team plays a critical role in providing Estimation & Cost Controlling support for UK based projects. Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Excellent English communication is essential, as the role involves regular interactions with our UK-based teams, including project managers and client-side estimators.
Candidates from other academic backgrounds are also welcome, if they have a strong interest in construction and a learning mindset




No prior experience is required—we’re looking for enthusiastic learners who want to build a future in the international construction industry. Any relevant experience will be considered a bonus.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting in cost estimation and quantity take-offs based on technical drawings
Interpreting floor plans, sections, and elevations
Collaborating with senior estimators and UK-based teams
Supporting documentation and digital data management

Key Skills & Competencies:
Robust English communication skills – written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Excel and digital file management
Basic understanding of construction drawings and building components, especially floor plans, sections, and elevations
Solid mathematical and analytical ability
Willingness to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
