Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities to achieve Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD) targets.
Manage manpower, shift operations, and production planning.
Lead team performance, training, and employee development.
Drive continuous improvement through 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and Lean practices.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and company standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to resolve production issues.
Preferred Candidate
Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering.
48 years of production supervision experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
Robust knowledge of production processes, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and HSE.
Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
