We are hiring a UI / React Developer to build high-performance front-end applications for real-time pricing, trading, position, and risk systems. The role requires solid expertise in React, JavaScript, state management, AG Grid, and UI performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable, high-performance UI frameworks
Build real-time, data-intensive React application
Optimize UI performance for large datasets
Create reusable components and shared libraries
Debug complex UI and production issues
Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions

Required Skills
JavaScript (ES6+) async/await, closures, performance optimization
React v16+ functional components, hooks, class components
Redux / Redux Toolkit (RTK, RTK Query)
AG Grid server-side row model, custom renderers, performance tuning
Functional Programming concepts
RxJS or Lodash
Node.js (basic to intermediate)
Experience with real-time trading / pricing / risk applications

Nice to Have
Investment Banking / Capital Markets experience
Experience handling large datasets and low-latency UIs
