Roles and Responsibilities :
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance business processes, efficiency, and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Implement lean six sigma methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Analyze data to measure performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend future enhancements.
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Provide training and support to stakeholders on recent processes and procedures.

Job Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting with expertise in process excellence, process re-engineering, process improvement, process optimization, and process mining.
Solid understanding of lean six sigma principles; certification is preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving diverse stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in driving cultural change and implementing process improvements.
