Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics within an agency, startup, or digital brand setup.
Software Proficiency:
Adobe Creative Cloud: Expert skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
AI Video Tools: Practical experience using platforms like Higgsfield, HeyGen, or similar AI-driven animation/avatar/video suites.
Core Competencies:
Deep understanding of social media video performance metrics (hook rate, retention, pacing).
Solid audio editing, noise reduction, beat-matching, and color grading capabilities.
Ability to handle fast turnaround times for social content while maintaining high visual quality.
Portfolio / Showreel: A robust portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, dynamic video editing, and social campaign work is mandatory.
