We are looking for dynamic and confident female candidates to engage with our Level 3 contacts. The company will provide the complete contact database. The primary responsibility of the executive will be to contact these prospects, build rapport, and invite them to attend our Open House Program at our manufacturing facility in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
Contact the Level 3 prospects from the database provided by the company.
Introduce the company and communicate the purpose and perks of the Open House Program.
Invite prospects to visit our manufacturing facility in Hyderabad.
Conduct regular follow-ups with invited prospects to maximize participation.
Coordinate and confirm visit schedules with interested participants.
Maintain a record of all calls, follow-ups,



and confirmed visits.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
Target - Ensure 30 Level III customer visits to the Hyderabad factory every month.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable communication skills in English and the local language.
Experience
Prior experience in telecalling, customer relationship management, or customer engagement will be preferred.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
Robust follow-up skills.
