Role & responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, skilled service.
Process cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments accurately.
Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and change as required.
Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance it at the end of each shift.
Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and store policies.
Assist in stocking shelves and keeping the checkout area clean and organized.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and security.
Support inventory checks and other store operations as needed.
