find the source), and Ishikawa (fishbone) diagrams.
Document Approvals: Prepare and approve PPAP (Production Part Approval
Process) documents, ensuring all client requirements are met before mass production.
Defect Reduction: Prevent the recurrence of errors by enforcing CAPA (Corrective
and Preventive Action) plans across the manufacturing floor.
Core Skills & Qualifications
Automotive Standards: Robust knowledge of IATF 16949 (the global automotive
quality management standard) and ISO 9001.
Quality Core Tools: Proficiency in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning),
FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and SPC (Statistical Process Control).
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial
Engineering.
Experience: Typically, 3 to 5 years in automotive quality or manufacturing engineering.
