Job Title: Marketing Analytics & Business Intelligence Lead

We are hiring an experienced Marketing Analytics & BI qualified to lead our global marketing reporting and BI modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a scalable marketing reporting framework.
Define, govern, and monitor marketing & email campaign KPIs.
Improve data quality through governance, validation, and reporting best practices.
Develop executive dashboards and enable self-service analytics.
Lead BI platform migration (e.g., Domo/Tableau to Power BI) with minimal business disruption.
Design and maintain data models, ETL processes, and reporting assets.
Drive user adoption, documentation, training, and change management.
Collaborate with Marketing, Marketing Operations, IT, and Data Engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Marketing Operations.
3+ years supporting B2B marketing reporting and campaign analytics.
Hands-on experience with Eloqua (mandatory).
Solid expertise in email marketing analytics, attribution, campaign tracking, and deliverability.




Advanced SQL and Python skills.
Expert knowledge of Snowflake.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Domo (minimum two BI platforms).
Proven experience leading BI migration and reporting modernization projects.
Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and KPI frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have:
Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Marketo.
dbt, Alteryx, or modern data stack experience.
ABM analytics, customer journey analytics, and Agile methodology exposure.
Experience working in a global B2B technology organization.
