Role & Responsibilities
Assist the engineering team in designing, developing, and improving mechanical components and systems.
Support production, quality, and maintenance activities on the shop floor.
Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, documentation, and reports.
Conduct inspections, testing, and data collection for process improvement.
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects.
Learn and apply engineering principles to real-world manufacturing processes.
Perform other technical tasks assigned by the reporting engineer.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Pursuing or recently completed a ITI/ Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, machine operations, and engineering fundamentals.
Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar) is an advantage.
Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and measurement instruments.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing/shop-floor workplace.
Robust communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to gain practical industry experience.
