About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives across our hospitality properties. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in hospitality training, employee development, service excellence, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement training strategies across multiple hotel/resort properties.
Design and deliver induction, technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and prepare annual training calendars.
Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards and SOPs.
Drive guest service excellence through continuous learning initiatives.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and mentor departmental trainers.




Monitor employee performance and support succession planning initiatives.
Maintain training records, reports, certifications, and compliance documentation.
Promote employee engagement and a culture of continuous learning.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple properties and training schedules.
Leadership, coaching, and team development expertise.
Robust organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, HR, or a related field.
Certification in Learning & Development or Training (preferred).

Experience
10 - 12 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry.
Minimum 5 years in a Training/Learning & Development leadership role within hotels or resorts.
