Develop and implement quality control systems.
Monitor and analyze quality performance.
Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality and safety standards.
Audit compliance related to food safety (ISO & FSSC 22K etc)
Work with production team to establish procedures and quality standards.
To resolve/attend the complaints related to Food products.
Monitor procedures and quality standards against agreed targets.
Understand and adhere to all safety standards and regulations.
Ensure products are protected for consumption and have the highest quality possible.
Understand quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
Train and manage a team of quality control technicians.
Report to the Management on quality standard issues.
