Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new business systems and processes.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality control best practices.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in an employment firm or recruitment services company.
Solid knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Experience with quality control software and tools is desirable.
