Job Summary

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end logistics operations of the organization. This includes coordinating shipments, handling export documentation, managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery, and optimizing overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall logistics operations, including domestic and international shipments.
Handle export documentation and coordinate customs clearance procedures in compliance with applicable regulations.
Liaise with suppliers, transporters, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure seamless movement of goods.
Coordinate with multiple shippers and freight forwarders to obtain the most competitive rates and optimize transportation costs.
Monitor shipment status regularly and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or operational issues.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials to project sites or clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, stock movements, dispatch logs, and shipping documentation.
Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
