Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
Create and maintain robust automation frameworks using industry-standard tools.
Analyze business requirements and develop test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure application quality.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Generate test execution reports and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.
Continuously improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and testing processes.

Required Skills
Solid experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python
Experience in test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, PyTest.
Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, Rest Assured, SOAP UI.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.




Valuable understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Playwright or Cypress.
Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Knowledge of Docker and containerized settings.
Exposure to BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant automation testing certifications are a plus.

Nice to Have
Experience in banking, healthcare, retail, or enterprise applications.
Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Exposure to test management tools such as JIRA, Azure Test Plans, TestRail.
