Role Description

As a BIM Manager, you will oversee BIM projects and teams, ensuring the implementation of productive workflows and the resolution of technical challenges. This role requires robust leadership, strategic decision-making, and expertise in managing BIM deliverables to ensure the successful execution of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas
BIM Project Oversight
Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of BIM-related project milestones.
Ensure all deliverables meet project standards and client expectations.
Team Coordination and Leadership
Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Provide leadership in resolving technical challenges and aligning team efforts with project goals.
Workflow Implementation
Drive the successful implementation of BIM workflows across projects.
Standardize BIM processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Technical Challenge Management
Address and resolve high-level technical challenges within BIM environments.




Leverage advanced scripting tools like Dynamo or Grasshopper to optimize workflows when necessary.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
Provide transparent and strategic communication to facilitate decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills Expected

Educational Background
Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical a related field.

Technical Proficiency
Expertise in BIM software and coordination tools.
Strong understanding of BIM processes and technical issue resolution.

Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Knowledge
Prior academic experience with BIM software is an advantage.
