About the Role:
KAnalysis is looking for a detail-oriented and organized IP Docketing Specialist with a focus on European Patent (EP) docketing and prosecution.

In this role, you will manage and maintain accurate records of EP patent deadlines and support the legal team with all administrative and compliance requirements related to EP prosecution. This is an excellent prospect to work at the core of global IP operations and ensure that critical filings and deadlines are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
Input, update, and maintain docketing records for European Patent (EP) applications and legal events in the docketing system.

Track and manage EP prosecution deadlines, including responses to EPO office actions, publication, and grant formalities.

Review and process official communications from the European Patent Office (EPO) such as search reports, examination reports, and notifications of intention to grant.

Communicate with attorneys, agents, and international associates to coordinate EP-related filings, extensions,



and procedural updates.

Monitor updates in EPO rules and procedures to ensure internal processes remain accurate and compliant.

Ensure timely reminders and alerts for internal teams on upcoming deadlines and filing obligations.

Assist with documentation, reports, and data accuracy for audits and client reporting when required.

Key Requirements:
Experience: 12 years of hands-on experience in EP docketing and prosecution

Robust understanding of European patent procedures, timelines, and documentation

Familiarity with IP docketing systems (e.g., Anaqua, Patricia, CPI, or equivalent)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy in managing critical deadlines

Robust written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
