Role & responsibilities
Achieve regional Primary & Secondary Sales Target.
Appoint, develop and manage distributors.
Team Handling.
Expand Market coverage and increase retail penetration.
Improve product availability & visibility at retail outlets.
Monitor Sales performance, market share, and competitor activities
Prepare monthly sales forecasts and demand plans.
Execute trade schemes, promotional activities, & Product Launches.
Coordinate with marketing, Supply chain, finance and production teams.
