We are seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst with good expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes The role involves working closely with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, and IT teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end processes within D365.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
Collaborate with business stakeholders (Procurement, AP, Finance, Supply Chain) to gather and document requirements.
Conduct workshops and process mapping sessions.
Prepare BRD, FRD, functional design documents (FDD), and user stories.
Support Implementation
Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle (Design, Build, Test SIT, UAT, Deploy).
Stakeholder & Change Management
Act as liaison between business and technical teams.
Provide training to end users and create training documentation.
Support hypercare and post-go-live stabilization.
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Supply Chain/Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in S2P functional
Solid documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience in global rollout or multi-entity settings.
