Role & responsibilities
Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework.
On Line Inspection, Final Inspection, Non conformance recording , Root Cause Analysis, & Implementation of counter measures.
Rejection/Reworking
Responsible for co-ordinating with production team and customer for resolution of problems.
In house callibration of Instruments.
Responsible for follow up, feed back & all document control.
Knowledge of Kanban, JIT, Poka Yoke, QS-9000, TS 16949, TPM etc. will be preferred.
