Key Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and optimize scalable backend applications and APIs using Node.js.
Design high-performance systems capable of handling millions of requests daily.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, Fargate), and Docker.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and improve system reliability.
Refactor and enhance existing codebases for scalability and maintainability.
Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and support teams.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best engineering practices.

Required Skills:
59 years of backend development experience.
Strong expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.




Hands-on experience with AWS services and Docker.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, system design, scalability, and distributed systems.
Experience debugging and supporting production applications.
Solid communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Comfortable working in a remote, rapid-paced startup setting.
Experience with GraphQL and microservices architecture.
Exposure to high-scale SaaS products and cloud-native systems.
Familiarity with frontend technologies/frameworks.
Prior startup experience is a plus.
