Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding professional IT courses.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
Explain course curriculum, fees, certifications, placements, and career opportunities.
Follow up with students until admission closure.
Maintain student records and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
Conduct counselling sessions via phone, video calls, and face-to-face meetings.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Robust counselling and sales skills.
Ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate
Graduate in any discipline.
15 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, EdTech Sales, or Education Sales.
Experience in counselling for IT/Professional courses will be an added advantage.
