Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage HR Administration, Statutory Compliance, Contract Labour Management, Security, and General Administration functions across the Corporate Office and Manufacturing Plants.
Ensure full compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, factory compliances, and government requirements by establishing robust compliance systems, timely reporting, and periodic audits.
Manage plant and corporate security operations by implementing effective security systems, access controls, asset protection measures, and emergency response protocols.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with government authorities, labour departments, factories inspectorate, pollution control boards, local administration, municipal bodies, and other statutory agencies to ensure smooth regulatory interactions and timely approvals.
Plan, monitor, and execute civil works, repairs, maintenance, renovations, infrastructure development,



and capital improvement projects across office and plant locations while ensuring quality, cost, and timely completion.
Manage administrative budgets, service contracts, and procurement of administrative resources with a focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Administration, Compliance, Security, and Facility Management teams by establishing transparent performance objectives, building capabilities, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure implementation of Health, Safety, Workplace (HSE), workplace security, and emergency preparedness practices in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR Administration, Labor Welfare or Law (MBA/MSW/LLB preferred).
7+ years of experience in Manufacturing Workplace with excellent management and liaisioning skills.
