Role: Senior HR Operations

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to align human resources initiatives with our core business objectives. In this role, you will act as a consultant to senior management and a primary liaison.

Location: Noida (In office)

Experience: 5+ Years

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

•Strategic Advisory: Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support long-term organizational goals.

•Talent & Performance Management: Lead workforce planning, performance improvement cycles, and executive coaching.

•L&D; Coordination: Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and execute comprehensive quarterly training plans.

•Data-Driven Insights: Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards. Provide actionable insights to Delivery Unit (DU) leaders regarding engagement and attrition.

•Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to resolve employee concerns, grievances, and behavioural issues promptly.





•Policy Governance: Develop and refine HR policies and practices. Oversee disciplinary actions and terminations to ensure they are handled smoothly and in compliance with company policy.

•Digital Transformation: Utilize Zoho People to digitize HR processes and maintain meticulous records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management.

•Experience: 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a global or US-facing setting.

•Analytical Prowess: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization and reporting.

•Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly across all levels.

•Technical Savvy: Experience with Zoho People or similar HRIS platforms is highly preferred.
