Role & responsibilities

A energetic regulatory skilled having experience in Policy Advocacy, Policy

Research Analysis and handling of Corporate Affairs matter in coordination with

internal & external stakeholders;

2- Handling of Collate and draft Recommendations/Representation for various

Policies of the Government of India, Presentations etc.;

3- Policy related issues (including before & after issuance of Policies) being faced

by the Company with relevant Government departments for resolution;

4- Identifying strategic initiatives, preparing Recommendations/Representation for

various Policies of the Government of India, Presentations etc.;

5- Regulatory Compliances

6- Policy Advocacy

7- Assist senior management and leadership with planning for known and potential

regulatory compliances related to the business and industry.





8- Close Coordination with all Internal and External Stakeholders of the Company

including Government Affairs team;

9- To prepare and share MIS Tracker of all matters being handled by the Corporate

Affairs Team with the concerned HODs and Stakeholders;

10- To educate, aligned & escalate about recent Policies / laws with the team members

of the Corporate Affairs Deptt and other concerned Stakeholders.

11- Networking/Coordination Assist in coordinating with Government, Departments,

Policy Makers as well as Autonomous Bodies like CII, FICCI, Cement

Manufacturers Association (CMA), ASSOCHAM, etc. to deal with all various

following Ministries and Departments w.r.t. Policy related issues:
