Manage critical systems such as Parking Management System (PMS), ANPR, FASTag, Access Control, payment gateways, and smart parking solutions.
Deliver IT infrastructure projects from planning to implementation within budget and timelines.
Ensure 247 availability, security, and performance of all business-critical systems.
Drive cloud adoption, automation, AI/analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
Manage Capex and Opex budgets (50+ Cr Capex and 20+ Cr Opex).
Handle vendor, OEM, and technology partner management including contracts and SLAs.
Lead a team of 810 employees and 30+ outsourced resources across multiple locations.
Work closely with Business Heads, Corporate IT, CIOs, Cybersecurity, and external agencies like NPCI, NHAI, IHMCL, and banking partners.
