Manage interior finishing works, including civil construction, renovation, maintenance, and finishing for hotel projects.
Oversee all aspects of interior works from planning to execution to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
