Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as an AGM, DGM, GM or Head. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in civil engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Oversee the development and implementation of construction projects.
Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Develop and manage budgets for construction projects.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.

Job Requirements
Minimum 18 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a managerial role.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Robust analytical and decision-making skills.
