Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to

join our support team. The role primarily involves handling customer interactions

through Chat (80%) and Voice Calls (20%), ensuring prompt resolutions, technical

guidance, order support, warranty assistance, and an outstanding customer

experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through Live Chat, WhatsApp, Email, and Voice

Calls.

• Resolve customer concerns related to products, orders, installations,

warranty, and technical troubleshooting.

• Provide accurate product information and guide customers with step-by-step

solutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including Service, Logistics, and Operations,

for timely issue resolution.

• Create and update customer tickets in the CRM system.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) while meeting quality and

productivity KPIs.

• Follow company SOPs and communication standards.





• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams whenever required.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in chat-based Customer Support,

Customer Service, or BPO is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and chat platforms.

• Robust customer-first attitude with good problem-solving skills.
