Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and other talent-hunting channels
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure timely closure of open positions
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Onboarding Documentation
Manage the complete onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
Coordinate and oversee background verification (BGV) processes for current hires
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation

HR Operations Compliance
Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures across the organization
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
Handle the complete separation/exit process, including exit interviews, clearance, and full final settlement coordination




Maintain confidential personnel records management systems

Employee Relations Engagement
Plan and execute team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives
Act as a point of contact for grievance management, ensuring fair and timely resolution of employee concerns
Foster a positive, transparent, and collaborative work culture

Talent Management
Support performance management processes and identify training/development needs
Assist in succession planning and employee retention strategies

Communication Reporting
Draft HR communications, policies, letters, and reports with robust written English
Liaise effectively with management, department heads, and employees at all levels
