Your Role

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical teams to deliver personalized customer journeys and impactful campaigns.

In this role, you will play a key role in:
Designing and implementing end-to-end marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Building and managing multi-channel campaigns across Email, Mobile, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions
Ensuring data integration, segmentation, and personalization using Contact Builder and Data Designer
Monitoring campaign performance, troubleshooting issues, and continuously optimizing journeys and automations

Top 5 Technical Skills
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Strong hands-on experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder




AMPscript & SQL Proficiency in writing AMPscript for personalization and SQL queries for data extensions and segmentation
Data Integration Experience with data modeling, data extensions, and integrations using APIs or SFTP
Journey & Campaign Orchestration Expertise in designing complex, personalized, and scalable customer journeys
Marketing Cloud Connect & Integrations Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud or external systems
