Role & responsibilities
Prepare/update Baseline of Projects
Target, Revised, Recovery,
Catch-up and Look-ahead Schedules.
Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
calendars,
Resource loading/levelling
Prepare SPS, RA Bills, Final Bills, subcontractor bills and quantity reconciliation.
Prepare EOT, COS, Variation Orders, Claims, Time Impact Analysis and delay analysis.
Monitor Critical Path Method (CPM), milestones
Prepare MIS, Dashboards, S-Curves, Cash Flow, Resource Histograms and Progress Reports.
Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Designers, QA/QC, Procurement, Commercial and Site teams.
Review BOQ, DPR, GFC drawings, GADs and contractual documentation.
Lead Billing & Planning team.
Review commercial strategy,



recovery plans and management reporting.
Drive stakeholder management and contractual correspondence.
