Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
Optimize machine utilization and manpower allocation.
Monitor production output and minimize downtime.
Preferred candidate profile
Solid knowledge of biscuit manufacturing processes.
Leadership and team management.
Production planning and scheduling.
Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving.
Food safety and quality systems (HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP).
SAP systems
Data analysis and report preparation.
Valuable communication and decision-making skills.
