About the Role: The Intermediate Sales Designer supports the sales process by creating customer-focused design solutions and product recommendations that help convert prospects into customers. This role balances design sensibility with commercial understanding, while consistently delivering the WITHIN luxury experience.

Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and design expectations.
Develop design solutions and product selections aligned with customer requirements.
Present WITHIN products and collections with transparent and compelling design narratives.
Prepare quotations and proposals for furniture and accessory selections.
Support senior sales designers on larger or more complex design projects.
Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.




Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
Document customer preferences, requirements, and feedback for future reference.
Assist with store merchandising and display updates.
Stay updated on product details, materials, finishes, and design capabilities.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or a related field.
Additional training or courses in sales or luxury customer experience are an advantage.
