Role Overview

The O9 Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the O9 Digital Brain platform for Supply Chain Planning processes, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP;/IBP, Inventory Optimization, and Production Planning.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyse business requirements from Supply Chain, Planning, and Business stakeholders.
Configure O9 solutions to support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Supply Chain analytics.
Design and document functional specifications, business processes, and solution configurations.
Work with business users to translate planning requirements into O9 functionality.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Support integration design with SAP ERP/S4HANA, BW, APO, IBP, and other systems.




Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
Create training materials and conduct user training sessions.
Collaborate with technical teams, data teams, and business stakeholders during implementation and rollout.

Required Skills
Robust experience in O9 Solutions platform.
Hands-on experience in one or more modules below.
Demand Planning
Supply Planning
S&OP; / IBP
Inventory Planning
Production Planning
Understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes.
Experience in requirement gathering, workshops, and solution design.
