; Key Responsibilities
;Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities, follow-ups, and business support requirements
;Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, tender documents, and sales-related documentation
;Manage customer inquiries, dealer communications, order status updates, and sales support activities
;Coordinate with dealers and distributors regarding orders, dispatches, payments, and business requirements
;Maintain lead databases, customer records, follow-up trackers, and CRM updates
;Prepare DSR, ESR, sales MIS reports, target vs achievement reports, and management dashboards
;Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Dispatch, and Service teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
;Monitor stock availability and coordinate dispatch planning with warehouse and operations teams
;Track sales targets, dealer performance, pending orders, and closure status
;Organize sales meetings, presentations, training schedules, and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MOM)
;Support field sales teams with travel planning, documentation, and operational coordination
;Escalate critical customer issues, delays, and pending matters to management for timely resolution

; Requirements
;B.Tech is mandatory (Mechanical, Electrical,



Industrial, or related disciplines preferred)
;24 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or Customer Support within a Manufacturing Industry
;Robust understanding of manufacturing workflows, order processing, and sales coordination activities
;Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
;Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and MIS preparation
;Experience with CRM software and sales management systems preferred
;Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and coordinate effectively across departments
;Detail-oriented with robust organizational and problem-solving abilities

; Preferred Profile
;Experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare Equipment, Engineering, Industrial Products, or Manufacturing sectors
;Candidates residing in North-West Delhi or nearby areas will be preferred
;Immediate joiners will be an added advantage
