Job Title: Solution Owner (810 Years Experience)

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Solution Owner / Product Owner with 8–10 years of experience to drive end-to-end ownership of products/solutions. The role involves defining vision, planning, tracking execution, and ensuring successful production releases with clear timelines, quality, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the complete product/solution lifecycle from planning to production and enhancements.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans aligned with business goals.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring clarity for development teams.
• Plan and track execution across multiple solutions with clear milestones and timelines.
• Drive timely and high-quality production releases, including risk mitigation and dependency management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Business).
• Act as the single point of accountability for delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor progress using KPIs, provide regular status updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure alignment with architecture, scalability, and operational readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback,



metrics, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 8–10 years of experience in Product Owner / Solution Owner / Delivery roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and product lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to deliver complex solutions to production on time.
• Excellent planning, tracking, and execution skills across multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Positive understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and release management.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and ambiguity effectively.
• Data-driven mindset with focus on outcomes and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP / Scrum Master / Product Owner certification.
• Experience in enterprise or multi-solution environments.
• Exposure to global/distributed teams.
