VR Game Developer

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Unreal Engine VR Developer to develop a high-

performance, standalone multiplayer Location-Based Entertainment (LBE) VR experience.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience building optimized VR applications for

standalone headsets such as PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise, Meta Quest 3, and other OpenXR-

compatible devices. The role requires expertise in multiplayer networking, VR interaction

systems, Android optimization, and physical-to-virtual space synchronization for free-roam

LBE settings.

This is a hands-on development role involving the complete lifecycle of VR gameplay

systems, multiplayer architecture, performance optimization, deployment, debugging, and

live operations.

Experience

• 35+ years of Unreal Engine development experience

• 3+ years dedicated to VR/XR development





• Experience shipping commercial VR applications

• Experience developing standalone Android VR applications

• Experience working on multiplayer VR projects

• Experience optimizing projects for mobile XR hardware

• Robust understanding of production pipelines from prototype to release

Core Responsibilities

The developer will be responsible for:

Gameplay Development

• Build complete gameplay systems.

• Implement player interactions.

• Develop scalable Blueprint/C++ systems.

• Design modular gameplay components.

• Create interaction frameworks.

• Design robust multiplayer architecture.

Performance Optimization

Candidate must demonstrate experience optimizing projects to maintain smooth

performance on standalone VR hardware.
