Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced DC Delivery Manager to manage infrastructure operations, ensure SLA compliance, and lead service delivery in a data center and cloud setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage infrastructure operations, support, and maintenance services
Ensure adherence to established guidelines and management practices for team members
Coordinate with various departments and integrate critical systems into infrastructure
Ensure timely closure of Change Requests (CRs)
Monitor team activities and functional responsibilities
Ensure client satisfaction and provide optimal customer service
Maintain effective relationships with IT relationship managers
Maintain expert knowledge on business procedures, asset management, and capacity planning
Monitor resources required for growth and ensure appropriate allocation




Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly review meetings with customer stakeholders
Ensure timely submission and review of SLA reports with customer stakeholders

Tools Technologies
Solid knowledge of Data Center and Cloud technologies
Experience with Automation tools and ITIL processes

Certifications (Preferred)
ITIL Certification

Desired Skills
Robust leadership and team management skills
Excellent coordination and communication abilities
Experience in managed services or enterprise data center operations
