Network Team is the team which is responsible for managing the supply of the services provided to the customers and responsible for maintaining margins for the company.

Executive will be responsible for Provider Network Management that involve coordination with service providers (Diagnostic centers & Hospitals) & Internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Calling Service Providers to Update databases
Training Service Providers on Internal tools and softwares
Handling Providers queries and questions and providing solutions by

coordinating with internal teams
Doing data entry in excel/google sheets and on internal portals




Coordinating with Internal teams to gather information and close tasks

Skills
Undergraduate in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
Command on Excel/Google Sheet
Must have the aptitude to work in a quick-paced organization with active listening skills
Ability to prioritize and negotiate
Data Entry and management experience
Prior experience in customer service/ Partner support

Core Competencies

Must be comfortable working in an organization with a flat structure
