Job Title: Manager Corporate Deals Technology

About the Role:
Join PwCs Corporate Deals Technology team as a Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping technology strategies that drive successful M&A; transactions. You will work closely with global clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions across technology integrations, separations, carve-outs, and divestitures, enabling scalable and profitable business transformations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across the IT deal spectrum, including Due Diligence, Integration, and Separation planning and execution.
Collaborate with C-suite executives and stakeholders to develop and implement M&A; technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
Design and oversee solution architecture and implementation, ensuring delivery excellence within scope, timeline, and budget.
Develop detailed financial models covering IT synergies, one-time costs, standalone costs, and stranded costs to support deal decisions.
Advise on enterprise architecture, integration/separation strategies,



and best practices across key IT pillars including Apps Rationalization, Cloud Strategy, Cybersecurity, and ERP transformation.
Mentor and coach senior associates and associates to drive high-impact deliverables and build a high-performance team culture.
Engage proactively in business development activities to identify growth opportunities and contribute to proposal development and thought leadership.
Build robust internal and external relationships to elevate the PwC brand and foster collaboration across globally distributed teams.

Preferred Skills:
Expertise in IT M&A;, IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, and IT Due Diligence.
Robust technical knowledge across IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex client engagements.
Exceptional project management, stakeholder communication, and executive presence.
Strong analytical capabilities including data and cost modeling.
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Generative AI, IoT, and Cloud solutions is a plus.
