Role Overview

You will be the face of Seona Couture for walk-in clients at our A S Galleria studio. This is a high-touch sales role understanding client needs, guiding fabric and style choices, managing bespoke orders, and ensuring every client leaves delighted.

What Youll Do
Greet and consult walk-in clients for bespoke tailoring, alterations, and ready-to-wear
Guide clients through fabric selection, style options, and pricing with confidence
Record client measurements and order details accurately
Follow up on pending orders and communicate delivery timelines via WhatsApp
Handle cash and digital payments; maintain daily sales records
Assist with visual merchandising and studio presentation

What Were Looking For
1 3 years in retail sales, hospitality, or customer-facing fashion roles




Excellent communication in Hindi and English; warm, confident personality
Genuine interest in fashion and the ability to discuss fabrics and styles knowledgeably
Organised, detail-oriented, comfortable with basic digital tools (WhatsApp, Excel)
Flexibility to work weekends (our busiest days)
