The incumbent will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles spanning project management, construction, architecture, sales, interior design, hotel operations, F&B;, housekeeping, and corporate support functions. The role demands a solid understanding of talent markets in both sectors, the ability to source passive candidates through multiple channels, and the agility to manage high-volume as well as niche senior-level hiring simultaneously. The specialist will be a trusted partner to business heads and hiring managers, ensuring quality, speed, and a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
