Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced R2R (Record to Report) Core Consultant with solid expertise in Finance & Accounting processes and ERP implementation/support projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Month-End Closing, Financial Reporting, and reconciliation processes.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience working in implementation, support, or transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end R2R processes including General Ledger, Journal Entries, Accruals, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Accounting.
Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
Prepare financial statements and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.




Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Support audit activities and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Participate in ERP implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
Identify process improvement opportunities and automation initiatives.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of Record to Report (R2R) processes.
Hands-on experience in:
General Ledger (GL)
Journal Entries
Bank Reconciliation
Fixed Assets Accounting
Intercompany Accounting
Financial Reporting
Month-End Closing
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms.
Positive knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
Solid Excel and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
