Content creation: Develop, refine, and structure educational and skill-based content.
Pedagogical application: Apply age-appropriate teaching principles to make concepts explicit,
engaging, and learner-friendly.
Activity-driven modules: Design experiential, skill-based learning modules.
Innovation: Contribute creative ideas to make learning interactive, practical, and immersive.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers and developers to translate academic concepts
into XR simulations and immersive experiences.
Research & refinement: Conduct on-field research, experiment with current approaches, and
continuously improve content quality.

Solid writing and content structuring skills.

Ability to think beyond textbooks and simplify real-world concepts.
Creative mindset with willingness to conduct on-field research.
