Role & responsibilities
Access card Re-activation / Revocation / Current Access Card Activation and Deactivation process within TAT (Turnaround Time) / fixed time period.
Monitoring of CCTV Cameras on regular basis and as and when required.
Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly transaction Logs as per client requirement.
Temporary Access Card Configuration and to save the e-mail to this effect for audit requirement.
Audits: Coordinate and ensure closure of all the Internal and External findings with effective root cause, corrective and preventive actions.
To support the work of the department in service monitoring and supplier management, ensuring that the required standards are maintained.
To ensure that all Security Command / Control system / CCTV cameras are working properly.
Respond to system alarms and report faults to the maintenance team.
Support facility teams during system tests and routine audits.

Skills: Valuable computer skills, robust attention to detail.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with IBMS, BMS, or Computer Operating platforms.
