Rate: 90,000 - 1,00,000 LPM

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions. You will lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and impactful AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end AI/ML solution development and deployment
Design and implement machine learning models and pipelines
Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
Mentor and guide a team of AI/ML engineers
Ensure best practices in model development, evaluation, and deployment
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies
Collaborate with data engineering teams for data preparation and processing

Required Skills & Qualifications:
8 years of experience in AI/ML development and 4 years of experience in AI
Robust programming skills in Python and relevant AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning projects




Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
Experience in deploying models using APIs and microservices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in leading AI teams or projects
Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and optimization
Exposure to Generative AI and LLMs is a plus
